Easy Summer Salad Recipes Made With Healthy Veggies

This first salad has been created with a combination of broccoli and several fruits including pears and apples.

This summer salad combines fresh broccoli with pears, apples, red onion and cashews for a flavorful refreshing summer salad.  

The salad is finished off with a creamy salad dressing that is made from mayonnaise, sour cream (or Kefir or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, honey and salt. 

This salad is tasty and easy to prepare for a weeknight meal.

I actually tried this next salad and found it very tasty and satisfying as a summer salad idea. 

Healthy Broccoli Salad

Ingredients for this salad include broccoli, blueberries, apples, sunflower seeds, red onion, dried cranberries.  The salad is finished off with a creamy dressing. 
 
I really like the idea of adding nuts to salads because they contain healthy fats and also add some crunch and flavor.

Tomato Cucumber Avocado Salad with Basil Pesto

This healthy Mediterranean salad is made with lots of fresh veggies.  This salad is very easy to make and will make a beautiful presentation on your dining table. 
 
This salad features cherry or grape tomatoes in red and yellow.  Other ingredients include cucumber, avocado and red onion.  
 
The dressing for this salad is a combination of basil pesto and lemon juice with a little bit of salt and pepper.  Yum.

This easy summer salad idea is made with fresh corn that you can either boil or grill on the barbecue.  Packed full of flavor, this salad features grape/cherry tomatoes that have been sliced in half.  

Avocados, red onion chopped and cilantro roughly chopped.  The dressing for this veggie salad is made from olive oil, lime juice, oil, salt and pepper.
